Eminent Ethics Teacher Passes Away

Prominent teacher of ethics Ayatollah Azizollah Khoshvaght passed away Wednesday morning in the holy city of Makkah.
The Tehran Seminary scholar had travelled to the Land of Revelation last month to perform Ummrah (minor Hajj) rituals.
He suffered from a respiratory condition and was hospitalized in Makkah on February 2.
After 17 days in hospital, the great scholar passed away this morning.
Born in 1926, Ayatollah Khoshvaght was one of the outstanding students of late Allameh Tabatabaee in ethics and Irfan (mysticism).
Ayatollah Khoshvaght was a Mujtahid and led prayers at Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS) Mosque in Tehran for years.
The Iranian Quran News Agency extends condolences over the demise of the prominent cleric to his family and devotees.
