According to paltoday.ps, the program was held on July 11 at Shuhada Al-Zeytune in the southern part of the Gaza City.
It was attended by Sheikh Abdul Fattah Hajjaj, the head of the association, Sheikh Bashir al-Bardini who taught the course, and a number of preachers and students.
Addressing the ceremony, the head of the association said that the younger generation needs to learn the Quran and understand the meaning of the verses to handle various cultural, religious and economic challenges that the Muslim Ummah faces today.
The teacher of the course also stressed the importance of learning the Islamic teachings.
He also said that the intermediate and advanced levels of the course will continue for 5 months.
