Amatul-Wadud is an attorney who runs a law practice with a focus on civil rights and domestic relations law.
She has been a public speaker on aspects of family law, women’s issues, civic engagement, interfaith solidarity, children’s issues, race and religion.
In addition to Amatul-Wadud’s address and a discussion, a Franklin County NuDay Syria campaign to benefit Syrian refugees will be launched during the gathering.
The program is free and open to the public.
