Malaysia to Host Conference on Palestine
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A conference on liberation of Quds (Jersualm) and Palestine will start in Malaysia today, October 9.
A number of Malaysian bodies, including Malaysian Consultative Council for Islamic Organization (MAPIM) and secretariat of Muslim Scholars Council will jointly organize the event.
Abbas Khameyar, the international deputy of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO) and head of its Palestine committee, is planned to deliver a speech at the conference.
It will be hosted by Carlton Hotel in Shah Alam, Selangor state of the Southeast Asian country.
Representatives from Palestinian groups Hamas and Fatah will also take part in the two-day conference.
It is aimed at discussing strategic plans for defending and liberating al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine.
