Kuwait to Develop Mosques, Quran Centers in 2019

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Kuwait has devised a plan to develop and equip mosques and Dar-ol-Quran centers in the country in the year 2019.

 

 

According to al-Ray news website, the Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Ministry has developed the plan.

Farid Amadi, the ministry’s deputy, said all of the mosques and Quranic centers will be equipped with CCTVs in the new year.

He added that the ministry also plans to make more efforts to promote Quran memorization and Quranic research.

It aims to strengthen the Islamic-Arabic culture in the country, he said.

The official went on to say that the ministry’s grand plan for Islamic development, set to be implemented in 2016-2021 has achieved 86 percent of its objectives so far.
