According to alkhalij website, they were among 125 graduates of Quranic and religious institutes in the city who were honored at the event.
The al-Dawah Charity Society organized the ceremony earlier this week, the report said.
Among those who graduated the Quran memorization courses in the city and honored at the ceremony was also a 50 year-old man.
Quranic activities continue in Yemen despite a four-year aggression launched by Saudi Arabia and its allies against the impoverished Arab country that has left thousands killed and many more injured and homeless.
