Over 1000 Female Seminarians Attending Al-Mustafa Quranic Festival
TEHRAN (IQNA) – More than 1000 female seminary students are taking part in the 22nd Quran and Hadith Festival of Al-Mustafa International University.
Some 1150 seminary students from women’s branches of the university in Qom, Mashhad, Isfahan and Gorgan are attending the festival’s competition.
It is being held in the categories of Quran memorization, Tarteel recitation of the Quran and memorization of Nahj-ul-Balaqa.
The festival is annually held for by the Al-Mustafa International University for its students.
The university is an Islamic higher education center based in Qom with many branches abroad.
Its main objective is to train experts who will play
influential role in religious and cultural fields and disseminate the teachings
of Quran and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS).
