7th Islamic Film Market Opens in Mashhad
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The 7th Islamic Film Market was launched in the northeastern Iranian holy city of Mashhad on Saturday.
Ali Akbar Velayati, the international adviser to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, vice-speaker of Syria’s parliament, and managers of 90 TV and radio networks of the Muslim world attended the opening ceremony.
Showcasing some 800 TV products, the 7th Islamic Film Market is being held in the holy city as part of programs marking Mashhad, the 2017 Cultural Capital of the Muslim World.
