On the occasion of International Quds Day, representatives of different countries and foreign guests residing in Tehran participated in the rallies held in the capital city.

Representatives from Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Pakistan, and a number of other countries took part in the rallies.

Millions of Iranians also took to streets all over the country on July 25 to show their full support for the oppressed Palestinian nation against Israeli occupation and aggressions, especially its recent air and ground attacks on the defenseless people in Gaza.
International Quds Day is an annual event held on the last Friday of Ramadan that was founded in the late seventies by Imam Khomeini (RA) to express solidarity with the oppressed Palestinian people and to oppose Israel’s control of Jerusalem-al-Quds.
