Lebanon to Hold 25th National Quran Contest

TEHRAN (IQNA) – The 25th edition of Lebanese national Quran contest is set to be held in Beirut.

 

Organized by The Tawjih and Irshad (guidance and counselling) Society of Lebanon, the competition will have separate categories for men and women aged between 10-50.

The categories include recitation and memorization of entire Quran, 10 Juzes (parts), 15 Juzes, and 20 Juzes.  

Male contestants will take part in Tahqiq recitation while Tarteel recitation contest is for females.

A combination of virtual and in-person methods will be used in this edition of the event.

Those Lebanese nationals interested can complete their registration from Monday to Friday at the Beirut branch of Tawjih and Irshad (guidance and counseling) Society.

The preliminary stage will be held on November 10-13 with the finals set for November 27.
